四、文章要求：

1.SCI期刊10页以上、4200单词左右、必须有较好的英语表达水平，有图，有表，有数据或设计，有算法、 方案，模型），实验，仿真等。

2.文章内容充实完整、数据可靠、图表清晰、且在正文中一一对应，有一定的创新性，且重复率不超过10%；

3.论文结构符合国际期刊的一般撰写要求；

4.文献综述与参考文献能反映国际前沿研究，尤其注意参考文献的完整性及在正文中的标注；

5.国家级、省部级科研基金资助的论文优先推荐；

6.初稿可提交中文或英文稿件，可提供翻译润色服务。
